Check calls on every load, without dialing every carrier.
Check Call Desk asks every covered load for its location and ETA on your cadence, reads the replies into one status board, and emails your shipper the update — so your desk stops dialing carriers one load at a time. Being built now for small brokerages; reserve a slot below.

A concept mockup of what this could look like -- not a screenshot of a real product.
What changes
Every covered load gets asked for location and ETA on the cadence you set — twice a day, or hourly for the shipper who demands hourly.
Replies are parsed into a status column (location, ETA, exception). Anything unparseable goes to a human review queue instead of getting lost.
One shareable status board plus an auto-emailed shipper digest, and a timestamped log of every message and reply — for when a carrier claims they never saw it.
How it works
Paste your covered loads in or upload a CSV — load number, carrier contact, pickup and delivery appointments. No TMS integration and no API access needed, because the desks with this problem are already running it on spreadsheets and email. Check Call Desk then texts and emails each carrier contact on your cadence, reads the replies into location / ETA / exception fields, and publishes one status board that the shipper digest sends from. Replies it can't read cleanly land in a review queue for a person, not in a silent gap.
Reserve your spot
$149/month per brokerage, up to 5 desks
Reserve your spot for a $49 deposit, credited to your first month at launch. This is a pre-launch reservation: the product is being built now, and we only build it if enough brokerages reserve. Reserving also means we email you to ask what your desk actually needs, and those answers set the first version's scope.
Questions
- I already pay for MacroPoint or Trucker Tools. Why would I need this?
- Because brokers who pay for those tools say they still pick up the phone — a GPS ping isn't a carrier confirming an appointment. This goes after the calling, not the tracking. If your existing visibility tools already cover your loads and your shippers, this probably isn't for you.
- Will carriers actually reply to a text?
- Honestly: that's the open question. Carriers say publicly that they resent check calls in any form, and if drivers ignore automated messages the way they ignore calls, the value drops sharply. That's part of what the reservation period is for — we'd rather test it with a handful of brokerages than sell you a promise.
- Does it plug into my TMS?
- Not in the first version — paste or CSV upload only. We're starting there deliberately: the clearest example we found of someone solving this by hand built their own workaround precisely because he was never going to get API access.
- My shipper requires hourly updates. Does that work?
- You can flag those loads for an hourly cadence. But if your shipper requires tracking-grade telemetry rather than a driver's own reply, this won't satisfy them — please tell us that before you reserve rather than after.
- What happens after I reserve?
- We email you to ask what your desk needs and which loads hurt most, and those answers set the build scope. If not enough brokerages reserve, we don't build it.
